After retrieving our luggage - Siri seemed to think we could walk to the airport from the tram station; do not recommend - we headed out to Galleria dell'Academia. It decided to rain most of the day, so although the temp was pleasant, it puts a little bit of a damper on walking around, but not our spirits. We split up to enjoy the Galleria in our own ways after viewing the Pieta and The David together. This is one of my favorite museums in Florence. It has a musical instruments wing and other exhibits that are super interesting.
After, we got snackies and explored the City a bit and then back to our condo for a little downtime. Dinner was only a few blocks away at Ristorante Braceria Auditore. The food was delish and the service was good. It's on a corner so people watching was awesome.
