The neighborhoods here are in various stages of development. Sometimes you see a new building with very interesting architecture. Sometimes you see older buildings that have been rehabbed. Sometimes you see a building that has kept the facade but no one has done anything with the 'guts' of the building. This one was so cool. Art is where you see it.
